Different datasets for difrent users?

Post by Jduke »

I have my server set up with two different data sets, media that I want anyone to have access to, and my personal files. Is there a way I can have my personal data set be behind a password, while the Media isn't (or at least is accessible by a separate user from my own, but have that user unable to get to my files)?

when you create your dataset, you can select the group & user used by default to controll who can acess.

You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.
12.1.0.4 - Ingva (revision 7743) on SUPERMICRO X8SIL-F 8GB of ECC RAM, 11x3TB disk in 1 vdev = Vpool = 32TB Raw size , so 29TB usable size (I Have other NAS as Backup)
