I'm currently running on 10.2.0.2 and I really would like to upgrade to 10.3 however the sleep/resume (acpiconf -s3 and WOL) is not as reliable as with the 10.2 series.
For 10.2 I changed the default boot to include acpm but I did read somewhere this is now the default.
How to get this confirmed?
Some problems:
- Sleep does not go to S3 state and power stays on
- After resume display does not come back on
Anyone suggestions what I can do to debug?

10.3 is much better at power controls. I used to have to screw with mine, but the powerd works alot better on 10.3. You don't need those extra entries unless your BIOS is seriously outdated dogshit.
