after upgrade 10.3.0.3 - dhcp client problems during boot process

upgraded from 9.x to named version (and tested later with factory default config).

Problem is that the nic1, which is assigned to the LAN interface never get an ip address from the dhcp server during boot process.
The 2nd nic (assigned to OPT1) get it.

Nic1 is an onboard Realtek ALC887.
Nic 2 is a I210T1BLK PCIe card which I will use for data transmissions.

Yes I know one should assign a server fixed addresses.
But this looks like a small bug ?

realtek cards are known to be crappy. stick with the intel one.
Nas4Free 11.1.0.4.4517. Supermicro X10SLL-F, 16gb ECC, i3 4130, IBM M1015 with IT firmware. 4x 3tb WD Red, 4x 2TB Samsung F4, both GEOM AES 256 encrypted.

I know, but in N4F version 10.2.0.2 everything (with same config) was ok.

hi all

it's better using intel nic ou any nic server, and not using exotic public commercial's nic.

because drivers are more reconized by bsd.

today I upgraded to 10.3.0.3 revision 3065 and set the Realtek card into static mode.

Result is the same: card is identified during boot process as re0. But it´s not possible to access them via Webgui.
Console monitor says, that WebGUI Address is the re0.
Ping the ip doesn´t bring any results.
Logging in via ssh and restart network solves the problem until next reboot.
It´s not necessary to restart lighttpd.

This can not really be a problem of the Realtek nic.
Any ideas for further troubleshooting & fixing ?
