Is ZFS Kernel Tune needed in Nas4Fre 11.x.x.x

Post by fallen2109 »

Guys,

This evening I migrated to Nas4Free v11.0.0.4 build 3305. After installing all the bells and whistles - I see that ZFS Kernel tune is most probably not compatible with v 11. When I select it from the NAS4Free Web GUI I am getting the following error message in my browser:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected end of file, expecting elseif (T_ELSEIF) or else (T_ELSE) or endif (T_ENDIF) in /usr/local/www/zfskerntune.php on line 622

Any idea if ZFS Kernel tune compatible is with v11? If yes - where can I find a recent version of it?
And how can I uninstall it if it is not needed in Nas4Free v11 ?

Thank you in advance for your help

Thank you for the quick response. I have only one question - how can I remove the ZFS kernel tune from my NAS4Free installation, so that
I do not see the menu "Extensions" anymore?

Go to System|Advanced|Command Scripts and delete the postinit script that load ZFSkerntune
reboot
This time extension no longer appear
delete by hand the files if you want, but is not necessary.
