Base Tarball not downloading

When downloading the base tarballs, for some reason the base tarballs for
FreeBSD amd64 11.0 RELEASE base
FreeBSD amd64 11.0 RELEASE lib32
Are both at 100%, but not downloaded. Is there anyway to get these to complete downloading?
Breaker: NAS4Free 11.0.0.4r3330 x64-full
Intel Celeron G1850 @ 2.90GHz, Supermicro X10SLM-F
16 GB ECC RAM
Intel PCI-E GigE Card & Dual Onboard Intel GigE

Compatibility issue.

Plus I realized after posting this is an extension issue (with the Brig), not a jails issue.
