Hola, he instalado Owncloud desde la extensión OneButtonInstaller, funciona muy bien.
El problema que tengo es que cuando intento subir un archivo cualquiera sea su tamaño, me aparece un error "Request entity too large".

He probado con archivos pequeños (1Mb) y pasa el mismo problema.

Alguna idea como solucionarlo?

En la version 10.3 parece que existe ese problema con extendedGUI, prueba a instalar la versión 11.x y repite las pruebas:

12.1.0.4 - Ingva (revision 7743) on SUPERMICRO X8SIL-F 8GB of ECC RAM, 11x3TB disk in 1 vdev = Vpool = 32TB Raw size , so 29TB usable size (I Have other NAS as Backup)

Hola!
Instalar la versión 11.x no sirve en mi nas debido a que consume muchos recursos.
Pero he podido seguir un tutorial sencillo de youtube y he podido instalar sin problemas Nextcloud, si, nextcloud, ya que me parece que tiene mas soporte técnico y es de codigo abierto. Básicamente lo que hice fué:

web server
port 8080
user: www
path data: /mnt/SAMSUNG/raiz_data_server/
path upload /mnt/SAMSUNG/raiz_data_server/nextcloud/tmp/

En putty(root)
-cd /mnt/SAMSUNG/raiz_data_server/
-tar -xjf nextcloud.tar.bz2
-cd nextcloud
-mkdir tmp
-chown -R www:www /mnt/SAMSUNG/raiz_data_server/nextcloud

Luego solo queda entrar a 192.168.0.1:8080/nextcloud y configurar user y pass
