Post by ahawkua »

Hi I've tried to install Nas4free and I've had problems. I have the live CD and live USB (I've tried both) and I have selected option 9 to install Nas4free. Then I select to embed onto flash drive. I select the correct flash drive and it doesn't work. I reboot and can't boot from that flash drive. But can from the live USB. How can I fix this? I've tried things from this forum like a full install checking my BIOS settings, etc. Still can't. I would also like to be able to save my config file and be able to reboot without having to start all over. Please help. Thanks.

do the install on other machine, N4F is not windows, install must work , neverless that you do the install on other machine.

In fact you can copy the embeded install to USB using win32 or rufus to your USB Stick.

create the install on another machine then move the usb over.
