Hi,
I have installed N4F embedded on USB key.
It does't work stably for a long time and I want to clone it to new USB key.
How can I do it whisout new installation N4F?

Another option is to export the config, swap out and install onto the new usb, then import the config. This would also permit you to use a differently-sized usb drive, and if the new drive is larger removes the need to expand partitions (though is not critical to retain functionality.)

If the system is not stable at all, then cloning that device means welcoming all the existing corruption from the old device to the new device, better save your config file and reinstall/import config as previously denoted by hailthemelody, also consider to run Memtest86+ on the affected machine.
