Some problem with partitions?

Hi everyone,
I installed NAS4free on one of my old PCs a few days ago and had some problems at mounting partitions.

but I managed to fix it finally (I had to set n.3 as partition number for the HD where the system was installed)

I have now installed the new version (revision 4040) on a virtual machine, got the same problem, and fixed it the same way.
I still haven't figured out how to avoid it. For the record, I choce a full installation in the install menu (N.3 Install 'Full' OS on HDD+DATA+Swap partition).

and the command fdisk /dev/da0
