Hi all,
Not sure if I have done the wrong thing here however I have just completed a full install of N4F onto a CF card on a SATA adapter. Its the only boot device in the box and I am using 2TB drives on external USB for storage. I quickly discovered that my few 'custom settings' where being lost using the embeded install so have done a full install but chosen not to include swap. As there will be no other changes following the initial setup how likely is this config to impact on CF card longevity?
Any comments etc appreciated!
Thanks!

Re: Limit writes to CF on SATA adapter
Hello, I have 2 CF ,one to clone actual so if I update to a new version and somethings goes wrong I can put original and all works fine again.
I move my logs and database to data disk (/mnt/mypool/temp).
