Hello,
I have a new issue :
This error happens when accessing data on an ZFS mirror
Both disk are online and when trying to reach data in a folder (from SMB share), it goes into panic.
This it the first time it happens.
I recently upgraded PC server configuration to 4GB of ram (previously 2GB)
and system files
Looks a lot like :

Config :
Running Nas4Free
Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E5200 @ 2.50GHz
FreeBSD 11.0-RELEASE-p10 #0 r320087M
