SMART Werte deuten

Hallöchen liebe Community,
ich habe mal wieder bei mir in die Smart-Werte geschaut und konnte sie für mich nicht ganz deuten. Daher würde ich gerne mal eure Meinung dazu hören.

Die ersten 5 Platten sind Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 (AF), ST2000DM001-9YN164 mit jeweils 2 TB Speicherplatz. Zusammengeschlossen in ein RaidZ1.
Alle relativ zur gleichen Zeit gekauft, ist allerdings schon so 4-5 Jahre her. Sie zeigen auch ähnliche Smart Werte. Hier mal die wichtigsten Passagen:

Was mich wundert sind die hohen Werte bei "Raw_Read_Error_Rate" und "Seek_Error_Rate". Diese deuten, laut Internet, auf ein "baldiges" Versagen der Platte hin. Komischerweise ist der Wert bei "Reallocated_Sector_Ct" und den anderen Errors Null, dies ist wiederum ein gutes Zeichen.
Im Netz fanden sich auch ein paar Artikel, dass Seagate dort nicht nach normalen Standards misst und dementsprechend die Werte egal sind. Andere sagten wieder das Gegenteil dazu und empfahlen den Austausch.
Was sagt ihr dazu? Austauschen oder geht noch?
Ich habe noch ein Backup von den Platten in einem getrennten System, würde aber trotzdem gerne vor dem Ausfall des Geräts die Platten tauschen.

Im Gegensatz dazu habe ich auch noch im Gehäuse zwei WDC WD40EFRX-68WT0N0 - Western Digital Red mit jeweils 4TB Speicherplatz in einem RaidZ1. Diese zeigen ganz andere Smart Werte, die (mir persönlich) deutlich besser gefallen:

Die Werte dort sind deutlich schöner, da hier wohl noch kein Fehler aufgetaucht ist. Beide Platten wurden zur selben Zeit gekauft und sind jetzt so gute 3 Jahre alt.

Ich würde mich über andere Meinungen freuen.

Also ich wuerde mir erst Sorgen machen wenn die Werte:

Reallocated_Sector_Ct
und/oder
Offline_Uncorrectable

nicht mehr Null sind. Ich habe hier so ca. 400 Platten im Einsatz ... wenn eine kaputt geht sind erstmal diese Werte nicht mehr Null.
Von 50 defekten Platten ist eine immer dabei die von jetzt auf gleich schlapp macht ... alle anderen Kuendigen sich immer mit diesen 2 Werten an.

Vielleicht hat jemand andere Erfahrungen ... :) ...

bei seagate ist der raw wert 3 werte in einem die als ein wert ausgegeben werden.
diesen wert kann man ignorieren.

die werte sehen alle eigentlich ok aus.
Du hast ein paar vibrationsprobleme (high fly writes) zieh mal die schrauben fest etc.
Nas4Free 11.1.0.4.4517. Supermicro X10SLL-F, 16gb ECC, i3 4130, IBM M1015 with IT firmware. 4x 3tb WD Red, 4x 2TB Samsung F4, both GEOM AES 256 encrypted.
