one of my three hard drives does not go into standby.
There are all 8TB WD RED on the some controller.
And this drive makes every 5 seconds a noise like positioning the heads.
I have already exchanged the cable.
Does anyone here has an idea where I need to look?

Re: one HDD does not go into standby
5 second of noise can be an alert, please post the SMART values of this HD to revise that all is correct.
12.1.0.4 - Ingva (revision 7743) on SUPERMICRO X8SIL-F 8GB of ECC RAM, 11x3TB disk in 1 vdev = Vpool = 32TB Raw size , so 29TB usable size (I Have other NAS as Backup)
