Hi All,
I have a Nas4Free setup with 11.1.0.4 - Atomics (revision 5065), with 5 Vcores and 12GB ram. Every time I copy files from windows to the nas4free it falls over. Sawp Usage 4gb is maxed out. I login into hyper v manager and on the console it says cant access swap file. I need to reboot nas4free to bring it back.
I have also tried to copy files bit by bit and the system memory just goes up, so I cancelled the task but memory just sits on what it was on.
So desperate to get this sorted out as its being used on our live system.
I am doing something wrong, do I need to give it more memory as its using ZFS.
The files I am copying over are only log files but its 100gb.
Should I set the vfs.zfs.arc_max = 6G (is this fine)?
Any tuning options to fix this in version 11.1.0.4 - Atomics (revision 5065)
I have also read this is an issue in the new release:

Thanks Keith
