CIFS/SMB bug ?!
Able to delete files with root:wheel as owner:group and ".rw.r..r.." with Windows 10 file explorer connected to CIFS/SMB with dedicated guest account (in casu 'smb' with group 50 (ftp)) and 'map to guest' set to 'never'. This was not the case with NAS4Free builds...

Re: XigmaNAS 11.2.0.4.5762 released (FreeBSD 11.2-RELEASE-P0)
Anyone else notice this release and the previous release XigmaNAS 11.2.0.4.5748 are using considerably more RAM to Swap?
Typically I could have my server up for a couple months and use at most 10% of my Swap space.
System is 12 cores 2.6Ghz with 24GB ECC RAM configured with 1GB Swap.
4.5748 update I noticed almost 50% swap usage after a couple hours, and the server was bogging down, so came back and found the update for 4.5762 and updated really hoping the quick release was subject of my issue, but alas has the same fate on my machine...
I have never seen this with any release prior, and nothing else has changed on the system. All VM's, Services, are exactly the same to the best of my knowledge unless one of the two updates activated a service...
Having never had to track anything like this down prior to now, where and what do I need to look for, and what can I do to help?
Regards,
Cordel
Update, I'll leave this here or the mods can move it where appropriate or better visibility that pertains to the actual issue, but I found a windows update on one of my VM's that appear to be the culprit and sucking up resources. XigmaNAS is rocken as always! Unfortunate Coincidence I noticed it after the update.
Thank you all!

Re: XigmaNAS 11.2.0.4.5762 released (FreeBSD 11.2-RELEASE-P0)
Update without any issue but I discovered two points that may be general problems:
* Swap Memory is disabled in System > Advanced, but the system still uses a swap partition on /dev/da0p3 (USB-Stick)
* Virtualisation/Virtualbox is also disabled but vbox-processes are up and running
I tested this with enable > save / disable > save and reboot. It persists.

Re: XigmaNAS 11.2.0.4.5762 released (FreeBSD 11.2-RELEASE-P0)
Hello,
I upgraded to this version from nas4free. No problem. but today, while I was copying files, I lost connectivity. my user can not access by ssh, or other services. I have reviewed the user file by console and my user does not appear (yes others). I try to create a new one, or modify my own and do nothing.
Aug 12 20:53:04 sshd[7822]: Connection closed by invalid user xxxx 192.187.0.24 port 61056 [preauth]
Aug 12 20:53:01 sshd[7822]: Failed password for invalid user xxxx from 192.187.0.24 port 61056 ssh2
Aug 12 20:52:25 sshd[7822]: Failed password for invalid user xxxx from 192.187.0.24 port 61056 ssh2
Aug 12 20:52:22 sshd[7822]: Invalid user xxxx from 192.187.0.24 port 61056
could you help me? I have restored a backup file, and I still have the same problem.
