ssh-copy-id : command not found

Post by CheshireCat »

I should like to use

Code: Select all

ssh-copy-id
on Xigmanas but get "command not found" when trying it on 12.0.0.4.6766 running root-on-zfs.

How, please, can it be installed?
NAS4Free 11.2.0.4.6195
HP Microserver N40L 1.5GHz
8GB ECC RAM
2*4TB WD Red as ZFS mirror; 2*6TB WD Red as ZFS mirror
Intel NIC

sshd-copy-id is a shell script which can be downloaded from svn, there's no need to install anything.

Thank you for your prompt response. I had not realised that it was a shell script.
With the recent improvements in public key handling in the GUI, it might be helpful to include ssh-copy-id in Xigmanas. I can't imagine that it would cause you many headaches 8-}
Thank you also for your work on Xigmanas, which is much appreciated.
