Hello guys,
i want to create a software RAID 5 of a couple of discs and then encrypt all the discs with AES. Is that possible with NAS4Free and is it also recommended? If so, what kind of CPU should be used to handle like 5 or 6 drives. Should the CPU support AES instruction set?
I hope anyone can answer my questions as NAS4Free seems the only OS that supports encryption AND software RAID 5.
