Hello!
I think a better support for Boot from USB Stick would be appreciated by many users,
I would like to use Nas4Free on a ibm x346 server but when I install the system on a usb, after reboot, pendrive does not boot.
I think it's a kernel problem but I'm not able to solve the problem.
Can anyone improve boot from usb?
Best regards
Alberto

Re: Better support for Boot NAS4Free from USB Stick
sorry , the problem that you describe ( not boot after reboot), is normally a BIOS problem of your Board or a not adequate USB ( Please use other brand of USB Key to discard this).
PD: Your IBM have a IDE CD-ROM, please consider to add an old and cheap IDE disk and install Nas4Free full in a IDE Disk instead to boot from USB.

I think, you need to buy special IBM usb drive. Can you boot any system from USB?I think it's a kernel problem but I'm not able to solve the problem.
