LAN media resets to (10baseT/UTP <full-duplex>)
Hi, I'm using an old dell dimension 2400 motherboard for my NAS with a 10/100 interface. I have my LAN media set to auto and when it starts up it is set to 100mb/s but after using it for a while it switches to 10mb/s. I'm not sure why this is as my router supports 10/100/1000 and all the machines I use to connect to my NAS use at least 100mb/s. I tried to change the media from auto to 100 but when I rebooted I couldn't connect anymore. I reset it to auto but I still keep dropping to 10mb/s. I need help! 10mb/s is extremely slow. Thanks.
