ZFS setup not working right for me

Post by doglover »

Hi. The ZFS setup works unless you try to change something.

For instance, if I put a quota in, it refuses to create the dataset. If I change the owner of the dataset in the GUI, it ignores the instruction and sets the owner to root so the owner can't access it.

Is it just me or are others having a similar problem?

Thanks,
IMF

This is a bug of 457. It was fixed at r468. Please upgrade to next release.
The workaround is edit/save the dataset without any change.
