Добрый день, собрал я себе машинку, Core i3, 16GB оперативки, поставил на данную машинe vSphere 5.1 создал виртуалку с Nas4free настроил iscsi, в качестве теста был создан диск в Sphere, его подключил к Nas4free поставил шифрование на него и подключил к iscsi, далее этот диск смонтировал на Sphere и на него установил операционную систему Windows Xp. Все хорошо установилось и тд, но вот мне не нравиться скорость работы самой виртуалки. скорость записи на этой системе не больше 1го мегабита. Как можно увеличить скорость и что тюнить в самой системе. Поможет ли если выделю отдельно под шифрование один SSD ?
