I have set up with LACP, not sure if the LACP on the cisco switch is set up right.
Get the same results also with single NIC.

Sometimes i run transmission and when i then rip or copy between pools thrue CIFS i get only 7-10 MB/s.

The question then is transmission or fault setup in Cisco?
