NIC Bonding für Load Balancing

Nabend,
ich kämpfe gerade mit meinem NAS. Ich möchte gerne Zwei Netzwerkkarten für die Datenübertragung testen. Ich habe eine Dual Port Netzwerkkarte von Intel verbaut. Diese wird auch sauber erkannt. Ich habe beiden Karten um LAGG verbunden und Load Balance eingestellt. Nach einem Neustart zweigt mir der NAS auch das er die IP auf LAGG0 gebunden hat. Ich kann den NAS aber nicht Pingen. Erst wenn ich die Ursprüngliche Karte Linke, bekomme ich eine Antowort vom NAS. Was mach ich falsch?
