More information is needed but I guess your trying to fetch lib32.txz for your 32bit Nas4free install. You only need lib32.txz if your making a jail on a 64bit Nas4free install.

There is no FreeBSD 9.1-RC3 release on there, only 9.1-RELEASE.

Enter this instead.
fetch ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/relea ... E/base.txz
fetch ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/relea ... /lib32.txz

I'm not sure it will work though. If it doesn't you will have to go back to a version of Nas4free with FreeBSD 9.1.

Umm.... this indicates you are a little unclear of the concept. FreeBSD 9.1-RELEASE comes after 9.1-RC3. RC stands for release candidate. So, 9.1 went through three versions of release candidates (RC1- RC3) before 9.1 was finally ready to roll out as a final release.

What you should have said is: If this doesn't work, then you will have to upgrade Nas4Free to the latest version, which runs FreeBSD 9.1-RELEASE.

OK, please post your N4F version and architecture (x86 or x64), and try one more time, perhaps is a transient error
