access to the shares remained but shares are found via their NetBios name not an IP address
one of my three N4F continued to have GUI access, the other two, NOT!
despite clean always-on [double conversion] back up power
I will blame this on the thunder-storms.
like most computer problems a fresh boot of network hardware and storage boxes got the other 2 GUI back up.
one however showed high CPU use only on one thread. a second re-boot on that box and it went back to expectations.
some days I wonder if technology is a hindrance
today it was relearning the oldest computer lesson
