start by removing the 3 marvel controllers and use the onboard controllers to connect some hds.
then see if the system is stable.
if start adding the controllers one by one.
if not start removing other stuff. like ram sticks, backplane etc..

use zfskerntune, to tune your NAS to 16GB ( a lot of reboots must be due bad tuned RAM)
12.1.0.4 - Ingva (revision 7743) on SUPERMICRO X8SIL-F 8GB of ECC RAM, 11x3TB disk in 1 vdev = Vpool = 32TB Raw size , so 29TB usable size (I Have other NAS as Backup)
