Hello all, can you help? I am trying to install and select option 9. I then pick option 1 for install embedded os on hdd/flash/usb...
However I get a message saying "failed to detect cdrom" I am trying to install to usb and no luck so far. I am booting from a different usb stick if this helps?
Cheers

Re: Failed to detect cdrom
multiple options:
1 install from USB instead from CD-ROM, use liveUSB to boot , and install on other USB.
2 more easy if you want to install embeded, donwload embeded image, and install in your boot USB
3 use your desktop PC to boot from CD-ROM and install in your boot USB, once installed, you can use in your nas to boot.
4 etc....

12.1.0.4 - Ingva (revision 7743) on SUPERMICRO X8SIL-F 8GB of ECC RAM, 11x3TB disk in 1 vdev = Vpool = 32TB Raw size , so 29TB usable size (I Have other NAS as Backup)
