2TB lost ?

Post by Cogeanu »

Hi to all,
I love nas4free, I am using it for some time now.
but now I have a problem and I do not know how to solve it.
Please help
I am not sure what kind of details you would need so that you could advice me.
I have 3 HDD's, each 2TB, all are UFS formatted.
2 of them are okay, but for the 3rd one I am getting an error when trying to set a mount point for it, I have attached 2 pictures to illustrate the setup.

Code: Select all

Wrong partition type or partition number.
    /dev/ada2p1: Can't get UFS ID.
dumpfs: /dev/ada2p1: could not find special device
I was thinking I have lost the data, but I got a bit more calm when I used this software in windows (http://www.ufsexplorer.com/rdr_ufs.php) and I have seen that the files are still there, I think there is only one error that needs to be fixed.
In case there is any piece of detail that you need me to provide, I will do it asap, just to help me recover the lost drive.
Huge thanks in advance
great community
