Why need a new version :?: Freebsd-team have not done the old to work as expected. For example - disk transfer speed work without any limitation.

You are crazy b0ssman ;) You really want to build a new NAS around Haswell? Do not tell me that you will choose to have i7 4770K ;) That would be a real overkill... On the other hand Asrock offers their Z87 Extreme9 boards with 10 SATA ports!
Watercooling is just the beginning ;)

well i would like to but prob not going to.

however there are rumors that the haswell i3 will support the aes-ni instruction set.
and the haswell use far less power while idle.

Now you are talking ;) I have always been reluctant to use Asrock boards, but I gave it a go with my new gaming build buying Asrock Extreme4 and I am more than happy...
22 SATA III ports...

I may give it a go, if we use the BSD 9.2 :)
I like the numbers, especially the i3 power consumption and YES it does support AES encryption:
