Its my first time I seek help here all minor problems before I have solved on my own. But have no clue where to start and what to do now. Sorry if my english is bad but I will try explain as good as possible. I got some serious problems that started after I upgraded to 9.1.0.1 - Sandstorm (revision 847). My first problem refers to one of my disks so I ask about it in this category. Never had problems with it before. Now I got some transmission errors as well but thats another story
I got a system with 5 disks formated in UFS and a USB with OS. After upgrade of OS I got errors on one of the disks ada1 and it had the name disk3. It could not find shares and path to it. I tried dismount it and when I try to create a mount point again I got this error:
The following input errors were detected:
