when my freenas boot, I have this error :
/dev/ad14p1: 1 BAD I=12
/dev/ad14p1: UNEXPECTED SOFT UPDATE INCONSISTENCY; RUN fsck MANUALLY.

I boot from live CD in Advanced|Execute command. I type the folowing order
$ fsck_ufs -y /dev/ad14p1
but after few minutes i have Killed which appears, and the processus is stopped

boot from cd and open a shell ( option 6 of menu) and execute same command, post output to see what happen

after 3 incorrect block count the processus is killed

if you do not provide more info, conclusion is: defective HD, buy one new and restore backup.
