Wake on Lan on Intel DH67CF

Hi,

i own an Intel DH67CF with WOL ability. When i enable WOL MAGIC PACKET at the Nas4Free Webinterface, i can successfully wake up my NAS from SoftOff (S5) via a Magic Paket.
Now, when i send my NAS to Standby (S3) via "/usr/sbin/acpiconf -s 3" i cant wake up my NAS via the Magic Paket, only via PowerButton :(

What i'm doing wrong?
