Action Can't be Completed

I am changing folder names. I can change one or two but then I get this error message. "Action can't be completed because the folder or file in it is open in another program." But if I wait a few minutes, I can then change the name. But then I have to wait a few minutes to change the next one. If I walk away for 15 minutes or so. I can start the cycle over again.

Any ideas on what I have set wrong? I am the only one using the NAS.

Seems to only be folders?? I can change all the file names I want with out getting an error message.

Could it be the Thumbs.db file inside the folder doing this? If so is there a way to rid myself of all those files easily?

yes, could be, try to disable generate thumbs by default on windows.

please post how you share your folders, if use SAMBA, post how you have configured.
