REQ: zilstat support

Hi, I'd really like to have zilstat support in Nas4Free. It's a script which tells you how efficiently the ZIL is being used and whether you can benefit from adding a ZIL device (i.e. SSD or similar) to the system.

FreeNas has just implemented it.

Here's the script itself:

It needs KSH (ksh93) installed as well as dtrace installed and enabled in the kernel.
