Not enough space

Post by demonLaMagra »

Hi Guys,

First of all I'm new to the forum so...hello :)

The problem I'm having is that I'm trying to copy files from my window PC to my Server but its saying "There is not enough space on HomeNAS. You need an additional 54.5GB to copy these files". Weird thing is my NAS is currently empty and 1TB of storage available . Any idea what would cause this??

Cheers

Dan

have you shares /mnt instead of the disk?

http://wiki.nas4free.org/doku.php?id=faq:0046&s[]=mnt
Nas4Free 11.1.0.4.4517. Supermicro X10SLL-F, 16gb ECC, i3 4130, IBM M1015 with IT firmware. 4x 3tb WD Red, 4x 2TB Samsung F4, both GEOM AES 256 encrypted.

Ahh sorted it thanks to your idea. It was the other way around, I have the share set as /mnt instead of a folder.

Thanks for your help
