Lost config files.

Post by osborne0 »

Been using full install 9.1.0.1 for around a year without any problems. Tried today to add different PCI network card to allow WOL to work.
After that, unable to access WebGUI even after re-installing old card. Could see folders and files via Windows on network.
After a couple of hours trying different things decided to upgrade Nas4Free to 9.2.0.1
Upgrade went well and I had WebGUI back but during install the software first said it backed up my config files then later said it could not find them!!
I now have WebGUI but lost all visibility of drives. Have imported them but still cannot see folders (due to missing config?)
I can see 4 config.xml files in - '/cf/conf', '/conf', '/conf.default' and '/usr/local/share/mt-daapd/admin-root'.
Does anyone know if one of these are likely to be a copy of my previous setup and if so where do I copy it too to get my old setup back?

Helppppppppp

You may investigate the archive copies of config.[1-5] in /cf/conf/
/cf/conf/config.xml is the most current config file.
