Shared folder not show on windows
After factory default was run by a !@#$%^&* person here I went to disk management and import raid software It did but the raid is degraded and I can't see my shared folder either my data that it's a lot. Need help please

First check the file manager from the NAS gui. Your data is most likely in the /mnt directory
Assuming you find it there I would then work on permissions and shares.

Yes I see the data thanks I am happy now. I know I know newbie but thanks. Now how can I share that folder again I really can't find the way of doing this reading the manuals I can't find it.
