Hi, I have installed NAS4Free (downloaded latest version only a couple of days ago) and configured 3x 3TB zfs pool and created some shares for my Windows machines... I have copied 1½TB of data over to the shares at the NAS...
While working with putty (moving files, chmod etc) the NAS hanged...
Rebooted and now it hangs at the promt "Load NOP GEOM class"...
The web GUI is not accessible...
Any idea on how to solve this? Hopefully without wasting the data on the zfs pool :/
Grateful for all ideas on this topic...
Best regards, Tobbe G

Hmm... Perhaps it is normal that this takes some time... Now the system is up and running.

Re: Hangs at "Load NOP GEOM class"
check status of your pool and have a decent backup alternative ( Do not put all eggs in the same box) , have 2 copies on diferent machines of important files are always recomended.
12.1.0.4 - Ingva (revision 7743) on SUPERMICRO X8SIL-F 8GB of ECC RAM, 11x3TB disk in 1 vdev = Vpool = 32TB Raw size , so 29TB usable size (I Have other NAS as Backup)
