Innaccessible iSCSI targets

Every now and then, my N4F stops serving iSCSI properly and in the logs I can only see this errors:

Normally a "save&restart" followed by a rescan on my ESXi servers brings the datastores back to life, but not today.

I will try a reboot shortly and post back if that solves the issue.

Hello,

I confirm that after a reboot, iSCSI is working again and accessible from all servers.
This is too disruptive for a 24/7 storage with VMs running on datastores bound to iSCSI targets.
Does anyone have this issue or know how this can be debugged/solved?
