I apologize if this question was asked before.
If nas4free is installed via the full installation method on one disk (including data, users etc), how does one upgrade it to later versions without losing all the data, users etc? Or is this impossible and two disks would be necessary?

burn a new USB or CD with latest version of N4F and boot from it, select option 9, select update, done.
