Installed NAS4free v. 9.2.0.1.943 64bit on a Dell R210 rack server using the following system configuration:
Intel Xeon CPU Quad Core
16GB of memory
2x 1TB SATA2
2GB USB thumb drive for embedded operating system
RAID 1
Partition type: UFS
Installation, configuration, and setup was a breeze. However, I did my homework before setting up this NAS as this is my second NAS server on my home network.
This is the old XigmaNAS forum in read only mode,
it will taken offline by the end of march 2021!
I like to aks Users and Admins to rewrite/take over important post from here into the new fresh main forum!
Its not possible for us to export from here and import it to the main forum!

Sweet! Have you done any testing of performance?
Was there a reason why you went with UFS RAID 1 instead of ZFS Mirror?
