I had upgraded to the new 9.2.0.1.959 from 9.1.0.1.847.150 but found that the USB ports on the front of the computer no longer worked and only one USB port on the motherboard itself was working with the new version. I reinstalled the older version again and everything works fine as it did before the upgrade. I should have not performed the upgrade since booting from the CD of the new version revealed the problem, but I was hopeful and foolish.

Below is my configuration. When booting again from the CD for the older version, there is some code that turns off the USB, but then it is turned on again later by additional code. That additional code does not appear to be in the newer release.
