Hallo,
ich betreibe seit längerer Zeit einen Server mit NAS4Free x86 embedded.
Eingerichtet ist ein RaidZ1 mit 4 Platten. Ich möchte jetzt das System updaten auf die 64Bit-Version.
Das System liegt auf einer extra Platte außerhalb des RaidZ.
Meine Frage ist, ob bei einer Neuinstallation das RaidZ und die Daten darauf erhalten bleiben?

wenn du die config sicherst und zurueckspielst sollte es ohne probleme gehen.
gibt es einen speziellen grund das du ein full install hast anstelle von einem embedded auf einem usb stick?

Nas4Free 11.1.0.4.4517. Supermicro X10SLL-F, 16gb ECC, i3 4130, IBM M1015 with IT firmware. 4x 3tb WD Red, 4x 2TB Samsung F4, both GEOM AES 256 encrypted.

das ist eine Embedded-Version auf einer Festplatte.
das mitz der config sichern und zurückspielen funktioniert auch bei Update von 32Bit auf 64Bit ?
