how to change the img size?
i install the embedded image to a USB.
when i want to install some other software,all failed.the space is not enough.so i want to change the img size.
is there any other way to install the packages on Freenas Embedded .
This is the old XigmaNAS forum in read only mode,

If you want to install packages you NEED TO INSTALL FULL.
Of course it's possible to install packages on Embeded, but you need to do some hard work to do ( using union_fs or somethings similar)

12.1.0.4 - Ingva (revision 7743) on SUPERMICRO X8SIL-F 8GB of ECC RAM, 11x3TB disk in 1 vdev = Vpool = 32TB Raw size , so 29TB usable size (I Have other NAS as Backup)
