I created several scripts, mainly rsync and tar, I tested these and they ran fine over cli, I set them up as a cron job and they ran fine under cron as expected. These cron(script) jobs ran fine for over a month, but since September 1, 2014 then no longer have the correct directory permissions on the rsync sent to drive and not all the files are synced, also, the tar file does not contain the full data set. I have not changed any permissions etc, the nas4free server has been untouched for that period of time, I noticed when I ssh'd in and checked my backups and to prepare to write a clean up script.
I ran all the scripts on CLI and they worked fine, I also tested by force running the script under the cron tab web interface and ran fine, but they will not run correctly on there own as scheduled.
Any help or suggestions on what to check would be great.

As a follow up, I turned off the sleep feature of the sync to drive and it seems to be working again, not sure why it stopped on that date, but this may have resolved the issue.
