multiple arrays in same NAS box

Post by rebelbah »

is it possible to have 2 or 3 arrays running in the same NAS box.
examples : if i have 8 HDDs and 2x4 drive arrays and each array is set in RAID 1(2 drives storage 2 drives mirror) or in RAID5 of ZFS1/2.
or if i have 9 HDDs and 3 arrays of 3 HDDs and set them in configuration RAID5 or ZFS1.
or can it only be 1 array set per box/computer?
