make shell zfs operations available in GUI

Post by da_oli »

Hi all,

this is my first post, so i just want to say hello to all in here.
I'm a fan of freenas 0.7 and i followed up to freenas 8.2
After that i found nas4free, which is in my mind really cool.

In freenas 8.2 is a cool feature, you can make zfs operations on shell and the changes are available in the gui.
Unfortunately it isn't in nas4free :-(

so can you please add this feature?

cheers

Oliver

for example: zfs create -V 2G pool/opt
if i do this on shel i can not see it in the gui.
OK i can take a look on disks-zfs-configuration-detected or synchronize.
btw if i click on sync i got some errors, but i have to reiinit nas4free to reproduce it.

but i wish to have my new pool etc automatically imported on the gui

cheers

Oliver
