I've started out on embedded image nas4free 9.2 b972 on usb recently. so far i had the system wipeout all system configs after major rsyncs twice . even the gui username 'admin' is not present. I cannot login to the system at all on webgui. had to resintall both times. Not sure whats going on. Now a third time - I'm not sure if this is a build issue or installing as embedded to usb issue.
I've been using the same system with no major changes for the last 3yrs on build 9.0.1 as a full OS install on usb & never faced this issue.. this is the first time I'm using embedded.
(Config - 3x3TB ZFS, 3x3TB ZFS, 3x4TB temporary UFS, 6GB ECC RAM, DualCore CPU, 1xM1015
First time the issue happend when i clicked apply changes on a new rsync config
Second time the issue happened while trying to ufs reformat an existing ufs disk
Both time's >500GB rsyncs had completed quite recently. (I'm trying to rebuid by ZFS1 with new disks on to ZFS2 so some massive (10TB) data move arounds going lately)
Log files too disappear. I can login to shell - so I guess only the Nas4Free config has wiped out. Not sure how these configs are stored in embedded.
pops up some array ovewrite on most pages if im still logged in and try to open certain pages.
Appreciate any support before I re-install again.
