So after the time has moved up an hour... I noticed that the recursive snapshots are not being deleted. The log shows that it has in fact attempted to delete the snapshot, however the target file name to be deleted is incorrect. It is off by an hour. Obviously I checked the time on the server, and it is correct. It has obtained the correct time from my NTP server.
I have rebooted the server, and edited and saved the auto snapshop selection's (no changes) but does not appear to solve the issue. What I can say is the snapshots are scheduled to be taken at 8pm. Rsync is scheduled to perform it's tasks at 12am. Perhaps Rsync should run at 1am?
Any ideas?
