I was waiting for that release for a long time, thinking it would have solved my high CPU usage on IRQ 18 I had from the previous 9.3 release but sadly, no. Still unusable for me

My CPU stays at full load and temperature. This problem started with the previous 9.3 version so I reverted at 9.2 until an update got released. Here's some logs:

post your SMB config, and compare with previous.

It's not (only) SMB.
I can't access the webgui, afp, smb, ssh and torrent using the .local address from any machine (OSX, linux, win).
There is something wrong with the avahi configuration.

So, I disabled AFP, deleted the Server Name in AFP, and then re-enabled AFP.

Now zeroconf works correctly. Mah.

Hi, found two really minor bugs and i think it worth posting.

bug 1: After changing Web GUI password with upper and lower case letters including several special characters/symbols, the Advanced | File Manager is inaccessible.

bug 2: on Full x64 install, Platform information says: "x64-livecdx64-full on xxx" instead: "x64-full on xxx"

You can update, if you really want
Here are the steps:
0. webui: backup config and save it
1. Upload the new rc.firmware and change the old to the new one (winscp, ...)
2. ssh to n4f
3. cd /etc
4. ./rc.firmware enable
5. upload the img.xz file to /var/tmp/ftmp/firmware.img.xz
6. ./rc.firmware upgrade /var/tmp/ftmp/firmware.img.xz
if no reboot check webui log
after reboot change smb to smb3 if u got smb and win8.x clients
reboot the clients
(I needed to delete the da0 disk and add it again and restart the ups service, so check disks and ups, ...)
and enjoy 9.3 and smb3

As it is now I have to set the sleep timer to 20 minutes max to get it working.
I've mentioned it in a release thread for some 9.2 version before but did not get any answer.
Maybe the smart monitoring is wrongfully resetting the timer every 1800 seconds?

Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Yes, all the settings are default exept the timer droplist wich I would prefer on 120 minuntes, but then they never go to sleep.

Check again please. I not have windows machine, I cannot help you with NTFS, but into log I see path to binary as /sbin/mount_ntfs (attached )
